Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration to RHB after serving in senior leadership roles in advancement and marketing. He spent the past 17 years at Indiana University in both campus-level and system-wide roles, including Assistant Dean for Advancement at Indiana University–Purdue University Columbus, Vice Chancellor for External Affairs at Indiana University East, and most recently Associate Vice President for Marketing and University Brand Officer in a university-wide capacity. Rob holds a doctorate from Creighton University (his dissertation topic was higher education brand coherence), a master’s from Xavier University, and a bachelor’s from Wabash College. A popular speaker and advisor in higher education marketing, Rob serves on the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing as well as the AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education conference committee. He also contributes to Inside Higher Ed’s Call to Action blog and hosts “Marketing Live” on the Higher Ed Live Network. His peer-reviewed and professional articles have covered areas such as brand architecture, lifecycle marketing, and marketing budgets and organizational structures.
