Two very important projects we were particularly pleased with at The University of Tulsa were our sophomore/junior magazine series and the publication/branding audit.

In an effort to reach prospective students earlier, we solicited the services of RHB/The Agency to develop a series of compelling self-mailer magazines aimed at attracting attention from our sophomore and junior prospective student audience. The creative team did an exceptional job highlighting some of our more prominent programs and unique academic opportunities, and the “call to action” response cards were very compelling. We realized an increase in our application activity this year and attribute some of this success to the early awareness of The University of Tulsa through the magazine series.

The publications audit and focus group activity assisted with identifying key messages we needed to focus on and do a better job highlighting. We have utilized this information in the development stages of a new family of publications.

The team at RHB/The Agency provides outstanding customer service and an innovative responsiveness to solving some of the unique challenges faced by enrollment managers today.
