I am happy to write and express how pleased I am with our ongoing relationship with RHB. The University of Georgia has benefited greatly from the research, conception, design and implementation of the family of publications and Web-based communications of our joint collaboration.

From the first creative meetings, through the Circles of Influence research, to photography sessions, to the final production, each member of your staff has been professional and innovative. Using your research and moving through the design of our new “family of publications,” I feel that UGA has been able to develop effective communications both for our general audiences and our targeted populations.

Perhaps my favorite communications piece has been the “faces” travel piece. This image-rich, first-contact piece—by using four different student images on each of four different versions of the publication—seems to relate well to so many different students. It represents the true diversity of the University, and students are able to pick up whichever image they most closely associate with.

RHB/The Agency has worked closely with us in our efforts to attract a more diverse student body. Your insight and inventiveness have helped to lead us along this difficult route and we have seen success. Our first-year class of 5000 is now 20% non-Caucasian, and each year we see an increase in the diversity of students interested in learning more about UGA.

While we typically find that the life of a design in our family of communications is about 3-4 years, the classical approach and clean message of your productions are allowing us to use the “From here on out” publications for a longer time, amortizing our costs over a longer period of time.

I look forward to our continued working relationship, which has truly been a partnership.

Best regards,
