Daniel joined RHB MGMT in 2012. Over his 42 years of working in higher education, he served as the chief enrollment officer at Santa Clara University and the University of Notre Dame, his Alma Mater.
Daniel has served in leadership roles in professional organizations at the state, regional and national levels, including the College Board and a three-year term as the President of the National Association for College Admission Counseling. In recent years he has served on the National Merit, the Lilly Foundation, the Brunswick Corporation and the Coca-Cola Scholarship Committees. He also visits international schools and military base secondary schools on behalf of the U.S. State Department and the Department of Defense.
Over the years, he has been quoted in The New York Times, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated and the Chicago Tribune and has appeared on NBC’s “The Today Show.” Daniel has written articles and given workshops and presentations on a variety of topics, including Enrollment Management, Legal and Ethical Issues in College Admissions, The College Athlete, and Merit versus Need-Based Financial Aid.
