Jolene

Jolene comes to RHB by way of the Yale School of Management where she served as the Deputy Director of Admissions for Operations and Enrollment. Prior to that she worked in marketing and admissions at MIT and ESMT Berlin. A naturally curious person and analytical thinker with an eye toward big-picture ideas, Jolene is excited to help our clients understand how their admissions operations and evaluation processes will translate to robust campus communities and long-term student success. She earned a B.A. in History, Philosophy and French from the University of Idaho and an M.A. in World Heritage Studies from Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus, Germany, where she also became fluent in German and passionate about international education. When she’s not helping our clients build systems that support their strategic goals, she can be found hiking with her rescue dog, Olive, and attempting to master the perfect sourdough.
