Gail came to RHB with more than 20 years of experience in developing strategic marketing initiatives for not-for-profits. She has particular expertise in market planning, brand development and strategic program development, which she gained through 16 years as dean of enrollment management and director of marketing at National-Louis University, where she was an RHB client. She holds a B.A. from National-Louis University and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Northwestern University.
Gail came to RHB after serving 10 years as senior vice president at Lipman Hearne, where she was a champion of strategic marketing initiatives for nonprofits. Among her higher-education clients were Amherst College, Knox College, University of Colorado-Denver, University of Michigan, University of Cincinnati and Western Illinois University. She also serves as Director of Research for the Chicago PR firm, Magnani.
